At Wisdom Ranch's Virtual
Barnyard we offer two programs. We teach coaching techniques that prepare you to coach clients wherever you wish to work. Online (think Zoom, memberships or courses), on the phone, in the barn, and anywhere else you wish to be!
Why work online? Because there is no way to scale a business where you are already trading dollars for hours. We want to look at our equine assisted businesses differently. If you want to work during the winter but do not have appropriate facilities you can still work and support your horses if your business is diversified. You can even take vacations, ride your own horses and have the freedom to live your life for once. We work hard, so hard that often times we don't have the opportunity to enjoy the fruits of our labor. There is a better way! A WISE way. Let's talk about it and see if WISE is a good fit for you.

Delena Kay Austin

Greetings! Thank you for considering becoming a WISE Coach. It is my dream and privilege to assist my clients in transforming lives with The WISE Model. I have been teaching in health and human services for over 25 years. My interest in equine assisted learning and personal development have lead me to want to assist other professionals seeking to transform the lives of their clients. I created Wisdom Ranch in 2011. At that time I wanted to work with my horses and clients seeking to improve their lives. Over the last 24 years or so I have facilitated as an equine specialist/horse professional in many models. I started working with Cindy Garavaglia in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Learning but have also supported academic development with horses. As much as I love doing this great work I find my passion has changed. I find that I want to support other professionals as they create their programs. I know when I started out their were a great many opportunities available teaching me how to work with the horses but not many helping with business, program development, and development of the coach's skills. My dream and passion continues to be supporting those that are transforming lives.
Cindy Garavaglia
LMSW, ACSW, CAADC
Cindy Garavaglia has been practicing in the field of social work with over 25 years’ experience and is skilled with working with adults, teens, and children. She has worked in all areas of social work including private practice, hospitals, Employee Assistant Programs, and community and mental health. Cindy has always had a love for horses and they have been an integral part of her life since childhood. When Cindy first learned about Equine Assisted Psychotherapy she knew she had found her niche. She now is able to combine the love of her work with her love of horses at Wisdom Ranch & Counseling.
Christina Beaubien
WISE Coach and Horse Powered Reading Certified, Masters prepared early education
My name is Christina Beaubien and I have been writing various curricula for WISE Coach Club while working with Delena to design new and exciting programs to further certify WISE Coaches! I am also the founding owner of my own, equine life-coaching and equine-assisted learning facility called Healing Hearts With Horses LLC in Fowlerville, MI. Founding Healing Hearts With Horses LLC has been a dream of mine since I was a young teenager. As a classroom teacher and in-home daycare provider, I loved seeing the children learn and grow while discovering the world around them. I loved my years teaching and curriculum developing, but I wanted to provide children with the experiences I knew I couldn't give them in a traditional setting. It is amazing to see the horses act as non-judgemental partners and are very in tune with human emotions. My ultimate goal is to help children find confidence and love in themselves through the love our horses provide. While I am not working I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband and two daughters on our horse farm.
